PACKAGE POLICIES

To ensure a smooth, high-quality experience:

• All package purchases are final and non-refundable
• Appointments must be booked in advance by the time of your first visit
• Missed appointments will be deducted from your package
• One-time reschedule allowed within 14 days of original appointment
• Packages must be used within 3-5 Months for quick weave and 8-9 for Sew-ins.
• 50% deposit required at booking 
• Remaining balance due after your first service
• Bundle options (if applicable): Filipino Wavy or Loose Curly (14”–30”) only
